Constance “Connie” Ayer, 78, of Madison, died Friday, March 16, 2018 at University Hospital in Columbia, MO. She was born December 16, 1939 in Quincy, IL to Lewis and Vera (Strodhoff) Hoffman.
Connie married Mike Ayer on March 1, 1980 in Quincy, IL and he survives of the home. Also surviving are her children; Eddie Ayer, Glenna Sharp both of Madison and Richie Sharp of Holliday, two grandchildren, a sister, Jeanee Woods of Madison, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two grandchildren, two sisters and two brothers.
She was a member of the Catholic Church in Quincy, IL and attended the Catholic Church in Paris, MO with her mother. Connie loved her grandchildren, being outdoors and spending the holidays with her family.
