Constance Anna Horan

Hartford – Constance Anna Horan went to be with the Lord on December 12, 2015 at the age of 96. Constance was the daughter of the late Louis and Anna (Celone) DeGennaro. She was born in Derby, living most of her life in Hartford. She was a registered nurse for 46 years at St. Francis Hospital in Hartford. Connie and the love of her life Patrick Horan were married in Derby in 1944. Patrick preceded her in death in 1971.
She was devoted to her three girls, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She loved to travel, taking many bus trips around the country.
