Constance is survived by her husband, Brian whom she married on 11/11/11; five children, Chad (Mindy) Yokel, Jenn (Andrew) Curtis, C.J. (Lauren) Kreger, Joey Kreger, Kirby Kreger and Chad Crowder; grandchildren, Madison, Kaytlin, Connor, Ally, Colin, Chase, Olivia, Maci, Peyton, J.J., Abel and Tristan; her mother, Nancy Sanders; one sister, Betty Pat and three brothers, Paul, David and Chris.
Cremation has taken place and no services are being planned. Those planning an expression of sympathy in honor of Mrs.
