Details: Conrad “Biddy” R. Biddinger,Sr., 81, a resident of Severna Park for 52 years died on December 18, 2012 at his residence. He was born on May 10, 1931 in Washington, DC to the late John F. and Jean Biddinger. Mr. Biddinger served in the US Navy and was a Korean War Veteran. He owned and operated Biddinger and Jordan Excavating from 1962 until 1996 when he retired. Mr. Biddinger was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Severna Park and the Glen Burnie Moose.
