Connie Regena Calhoon Reckart, age 80, passed away on Friday, September 30, 2022 in Middleburg, Florida. She married Darwin Lee Reckart on December 22, 1961.
Connie was born in Buffalo, Kentucky on March 6, 1942 to Vernon and Dennis Calhoon. She obtained her Licensed Practical Nursing Certificate through the State of Florida and worked for many years as an LPN for Polk County Jail and Clark & Daughtrey Medical Group.
Connie was a devoted Daughter, Wife, Mother and Nana. She was very dedicated to her family, especially her Grandchildren who she deeply adored.
Connie is survived by her children Michael (Paula) Reckart, Kathy (Jim) Signorile, Lisa (Vincent) Panell and Anthony (Jena) Reckart. Grandchildren Amanda (Alex) Hampton, Jessica (Spencer) Fillyaw, Lauren Reckart, James Signorile III, Taylor Signorile, Mindy (Tyler) Reckart, Sasha (Gieyho) Reckart, Nicholas (Shiela) Jacobsen and Brandy Marie (Joshua) Watson. Great Grandchildren Hanna, Jonathan, Millie, Tatum, Conner, Trystan, Nora, Serafina, Billy, Melody, Toby, Levi, Eleanor, Briley, Richard and Carol.
She was preceded in death by her Father Vernon Calhoon, Mother Dennis Calhoon, Husband Lee Reckart, Son David Reckart and Grandson Wolfgang Reckart.
