Connie May Wagstaff Hirschi passed away December 29, 2012 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born April 15, 1934 the daughter of William Henry Wagstaff and LaVon Elaine Miller. Connie attended Birch Creek Elementary and Box Elder High School. She enjoyed sewing, crafts, baking, gardening, playing the piano, organ, and accordion.
Connie married Boyd Arnold Hirschi January 29, 1953 in the Logan Temple. They are the parents of six children. She was a Temple worker, held many ward and stake callings, and served an LDS Mission with her husband to Roseville, CA.
Preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Vera; grandsons, Matthew and Jefferey; son Derin; two brother-in-laws: Ray Barker and Grant Stephenson. Surviving are her husband, Boyd, children: Cheryl (Carl) Fodnes, No. Ogden, UT; Julie (Cal) Williams, Layton, UT; Kevin (Debbie) Hirschi, Brigham City; Dennis (Kristen) Hirschi, Perry; Bruce (Michelle) Hirschi, Brigham City; and Paul (Laurie) Hirschi, W. Jordan, UT; 32 grandchildren and 49 great-grandchildren.
Also surviving are sisters Ruth (Donald) Graves and Fern Barker of No. Ogden; Jean Stephenson, Perry; and brother, Dale (Margo) Wagstaff, Farmington, UT.
