Connie Maxwell Stansell, Jr., age 72, died Thursday at home. He was born in Lenoir County to the late Connie Maxwell, Sr. and Nell Petty Stansell. A veteran of the United States Air Force, he was a retired salesman with Liberty Life Insurance Company.
