Connie Watson McCarrell, 78, passed away on November 5, 2019 near her home in Wasilla, AK with her loving and loyal partner Marvie at her side. Connie was born on December 22, 1940 in Thomas, Idaho, to Harold Clyde and Bessie Bernice Wheeler Watson. She was the 3rd of 8 children. Connie was a very vibrant and energetic lady. She enjoyed socializing with her and Marvies brothers and sisters and their children and spent many hours having fun. She was a Licensed Practical Nurse off and on for 15 years in Idaho.

She and Marvie loved children and were loving foster parents to multiple children. She was very artistic and excelled even in very different handiworks such as intricate pine needle basket weaving, toe painting, candy making just to name a few things. She was an entrepreneur and had successful businesses with an exotic poultry farm and chick hatchery as well as candy dipping and candy making supplies. Connie loved to go camping and fishing with Marvie in their RV. They would entertain family and friends on the Kenai River, in Alaska for years with fishing and she loved it. They would travel to the lower 48 and meet all sorts of people and have a lot of fun traveling to Arizona and California, Idaho, Nevada, and Washington to see their family and friends.

Connie is Survived by her loving partner Marvie, her 3 children Dean (Marcia) McCarrell, Dwight McCarrell, and DoriLyn (Michael) Brock. Her 3 loving grandchildren, Denny McCarrell, Christy McCarrell and Kelli Cales. Her five loving sisters, Verlene (Dean) Allen, Peggy (Don) Cottrell, Leatha Greeson, Dorothy (Alan) Romriell, and Glenna (Bart) Merrill. Her precious Mistake (Shih Tzu). Connie was preceded in death by her three brothers; Blaine, Clyde, and Glenn.
