Connie A. Napolitano, 84, of VA Beach passed away on July 15, 2024. She was the daughter of the late, William and Lucy Phelps. She is preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Napolitano, brother, Richard W. Phelps, Sr.; sister, Linda D. Carter; and nephew, Danny Wright.She was a real estate agent for over 37 years. She enjoyed traveling around the world with her husband before his passing in 2019. Connie loved to create beautiful paintings with oils and acrylics. She also loved to cook and host family and friends for every holiday.Connie is survived by her niece, Cindy Rohrer and her husband, Jim; their children, Lucy Rohrer, and Erich Rohrer and his wife, Hannah, and their children, Silas and Norah; nephew, Ricky and his wife, Carrie, and their son, Christopher; sister-in-law, Pat Phelps; niece, Lydia M. Weed and her husband, Pete and their children, Soleil and Eastlynn.
