Connie Ann Carlill-Breedlove, 60
Connie moved to Okeechobee in 2008 and went to Heavens an Angel on September 13, 2021. She was born February 26, 1961, in Longmont, CO. She was at home under Hospice, being taken care of by a loving caregiver, Randal John Draughon, who passed away December 10, 2020. She transferred from Okeechobee Hospice to The Palms of Sebring.
She is survived by her loving parents, Ralph (Stanley) and Judy Breedlove, of Okeechobee; caring and loving sisters and brothers, Corrie Wilson, of CO, Jackie Gabbard, of OK; Shelly Thomas, of LA, Terri Breedlove, of LA, Stan Breedlove, Jr., of Texas, David and Billy Stickler, of LA.
She was preceded by her father, Paul Stickler; brother, Michael Stickler; fiancé, Randal Draughon; Beryl Dabney and Gary Carlill.
She has four children, Christine Till, of NC, Jeremy Dabney, of FL, Randy Carlill, of FL, and Lucky Anderson, of FL. She also has five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Her best friends anyone could have had were Donna, Gwendolyn, Brigette, Dottie, Robin, Laura, the New Horizon staff, and the Welcome House of Okeechobee.
While Connie was living in Colorado, she was on a mini ranch and very active riding horses in Rodeo Competition. She loved all animals and different craft projects. Her heart was made gold and shared even if she didn’t have enough for herself.
