Connie Allene Neill, age 69, of Newnan passed away Monday, January 16, 2017 at Tanner Medical Center in Carrollton. She was born August 13, 1947 in Coweta County to the late Raymond D. Coggin and Eula Mae Gray Coggin.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Harmon E. Neill. She will be remembered as a loving mother, caring grandmother, and devoted friend.
Survivors include her children and their spouses, Tim (Rebecca) Neill, Terri Neill, and Tammy (Craig) Cooper; grandchildren, Angel Shumake, Raymond Shumake, Andrew Cooper, and Emily Cooper; sisters, Sandra (Eugene) Coggin Feltman and Carol Coggin Williams; a lifelong best friend, Annette Coggin; sister-in-law, Louise (A.C.) Thompson; brothers-in-law, Bobby (Sharon) Neill, Arthur (Louise) Neill, Donald (Vickie) Neill, Terry (Tammy) Neill, and Warner (Deborah) Neill; and numerous nieces and nephews.
