Conda Joyce “Connie” Allen, 56, of Bloomington passed away on Tuesday at her residence. She was born July 21, 1955, in Bloomington and was the daughter of Junior A. and Winona M. (Patton) Flynn. She is survived by her sister Linda Mullis of Solsberry and brother Mark Flynn of Bloomington.
