Concetta (Jennie) Morico Tamborini, age 100, formerly of 169 Platt St., Milford and Fountain Terrace, New Haven passed away Dec. 17, 2009 in St. Raphael’s Hospital. She was the widow of Louis Tamborini. Mrs. Tamborini was born in New Haven Nov. 27, 1909, daughter of the late Liberato and Maria Ricciardi Velardi. She worked as a machine operator for the former Strauss Adler Co. for 13 years until her retirement in 1976. Prior to that, she worked at Berger Bros. Co. and at Seamless Rubber Co. She was a former member of The New Haven Council of Catholic Women, the Ladies Eucharistic League at St.
