Concetta Broccoli, 92, of North Providence, passed away Wednesday July 26th, surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of the late Emilio Broccoli.
Born in Providence, she was one of 7 children of the late Luigi and Maria Falco.
In her younger years, Mrs. Broccoli was employed by the former Lying-In Hospital, but her greatest job was raising her 9 children. She believed life was an adventure and was always seeking ways to have fun, whether she was beating her grandchildren at cards, taking trips to the casino with her daughters or entertaining everyone with her antics. She will be missed dearly by all who knew and loved her.
She is survived by 7 children, Maria Broccoli, Linda Broccoli, Donna Broccoli, Elizabeth Ruggiero, Judy Broccoli, David Broccoli, and Rose Ricci; 14 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandson; a sister, Marie Pistauro; and her beloved ESA dog, Lea. She was the mother of the late Dante L. Broccoli and Anthony E. Broccoli.
