He is survived by his wife, Pamela Neal of Crandall; son, Ryan Arron Issiah Neal of Eton; daughters, Angel Renee Neal (James Kirksey) of Dalton, Helen Elaine Neal (Tony Ridley) of Dawnville, Chloe Ann Neal of Crandall; grandchildren, Emma Ridley, Leah Ridley and Hannah Ridley.
