Colombrina Lucarine (nee: Nicolai) of Burlington passed away on Sunday at the age of 89. Born in Florence, she was a longtime Burlington resident, who worked as an intake clerk for the Burlington County Welfare Board. She was a parishioner of St. Paul’s RC Church, former President of Burlington City P.T.A, a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Roma Club and the Knights of Columbus, serving as a Colombette.

She was an avid reader who also enjoyed sewing, crocheting and cooking. She was especially fond of the time she spent with grandchildren, great-grandchildren and family. She is predeceased by her parents Zerbino and Elisa Nicolai, her loving husband Nicholas P. Lucarine, son in law Russell J. Horner and a brother Frank Nicolai. She is survived by her children Carol (Domenic) Zulla, Linda Horner; grandchildren Christine (Steven) Storie, Domenic (Hope) Zulla, Brandon (Cara) Horner, J. Lindsay (Ryan) Tomberg; great-grandchildren Gianna, Vanessa Zulla, Isabella, Jack Storie and nieces, nephews and friends.
