Age 91, passed away peacefully and joined her husband Richard on December 15, 2015. Clare was born in Cochrane, Ontario, Canada and raised in Detroit, Michigan. Clare lived a very full and accomplished life. She studied classical music at Barry College in Florida for one year before marrying Richard, who was called to serve in the Pacific Theater by the Army Air Force during WWII. During that time Clare was an executive secretary for General Motors. Clare was also a tireless political activist in both Pennsylvania and Arizona, a delegate to two national political conventions, and attended inaugural balls, while raising six children. Clare was preceded in death by Richard, her husband of 68 years. She is survived by daughters Deborah Yudes (Alfred), Kim Nobel, Wendy Coghlan (James), and Lisa Wines, two sons Brad and Scott Wines, 9 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
