Colleen Ewerds age 84, of Laurel Hill went to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, November 2, 2015, at her home. She was born in Birmingham, AL on July 12, 1931, to William and Ola Grace McPherson.
Survivors include her sons: Henry Farrell Ewerds, Jr. and wife Jane of Interlachen, FL and Larry Ewerds, Sr. and wife Polly of Laurel Hill, FL; a brother Berry Earl Smith, II of Kansas. Also surviving are her 6 grandchildren: Larry, Jr., Sarah, Jennifer, Jeffery, Joseph, and Jennifer; and 9 great grandchildren. Numerous nieces, nephews and extended family also survive.
