Colleen “Connie” Kolsch, 68 of Cocoa Beach, formally of Waterford, Connecticut passed away peacefully September 21, 2016. Connie graduated from Waterford High School in 1966. She was in the hospitality field for 30 years working at the VFW, Hurricane Hanks, Sand Dollar, Rainbow Room and Home Plate to name a few! Connie also served on the Board of Directors for the Joe Realino Hospitality Fund. Connie was predeceased in death by her father Benjamin Shewbrooks, Jr. She is survived by her husband Hank Kolsch, Mother, Kathleen Newman, Son Dave (Amy) Westner, Daughters; Angela (Joe) SanJuan, Stephanie (Josh) Benderoth, Laura (Rachel) Westner. Grandchildren; Jacob, Sean, Jessica, Samantha, Aiden, Catelyn, Owen, and Molly.
