He is survived by his son, Chris Patterson (Rebecca) of Chickamauga; sisters, Mable Ensley of Chatsworth, Alma Holder of Chatsworth, Shirley Teem of Chatsworth; granddaughter, Emma Grace Patterson; step grandchildren, Troy Mussard, and Kat Mussard.
