CMSgt Richard “Dick” M. Tusai, U.S.A.F. Retired, age 67, of Niceville, entered into eternal life on Mother’s Day, Sunday, May 13, 2007. On this day he joined his mother, Helen Tusai, and his son, Paul Tusai, to sit aside our Lord. Dick was born on January 30, 1940, in Cleveland, Ohio, to John and Helen Tusai.
While in the military, he served during Vietnam. He later was stationed at Lockhorn AFB, Ohio, Selfridge AFB, Michigan, Wurthsmith AFB, Michigan, Tyndall AFB, Florida, Ramstein AFB, Germany, KI Sawyer AFB, Michigan and Hurlburt AFB, FL.
He was a devoted, husband, father and grandfather. Dick had many passions – family, friends and fishing. He always put his family first.

Dick met Pat in 1966 at Kincheloe AFB, Michigan.
He leaves behind his loving wife, Tina “Pat” May Tusai; daughter, Patricia A. Tusia-Snow and her husband, Keith; granddaughter, Patreece A. Tusai; grandson, John Paul Snow; brothers, John Tusai, Jr., Ron Tusai and Michael Tusai; sister, Mary Ann Tusai; and his father, John Tusai, Sr., and many nieces and nephews.
