Clyde Otto Bulock, 88, of Chino Valley, Arizona, passed away on July 5, 2017 in Prescott, Arizona. Clyde was born on February 4, 1929 in Lansing, Michigan to Olive Viola (Graven) and Otto Clyde Bulock.
As a young man, Clyde proudly served in the United States Army.
The Bulocks moved to Prescott Valley as a pioneer family in 1970 where they owned and operated the Prescott Valley Laundromat as well as a Sand and Gravel business. Many still remember Clyde’s patriotic red, white, and blue Mack dump truck. Clyde also worked as a bus driver for the Humboldt School System and Yavapai College.
Clyde was loved by everyone he met. He was a hard worker and also enjoyed storytelling to his family and many friends. Clyde also enjoyed his time with his beloved dogs Dixon, Ginger, Scooter and Gizmo.
Clyde was predeceased by his parents Viola and Otto, one brother, two sisters, his infant son Clyde Jr., and his grandson Morgan Maynard.
Clyde is survived by his six children; Rebecca (Noble Jones), Todd (Lynn), Lori Severs (Larry), Shawn, Shelly Fleming (Kirk). Kristi and their mother Priscilla Bulock as well as several grandchildren and great grandchildren. He is also survived by his beloved Gizmo, whom he cherished for the last 8 years of his life.
