CLINTON C. CODDINGTON, III
WOODBURY- Clinton C. Coddington, III, 57, of Woodbury, died after a brief illness Saturday, April 2, 2011 at St. Mary’s Hospital surrounded by family and loved ones. He was the beloved fiancé© of Kathleen June.
Mr. Coddington was born February 26, 1954 in Danbury, son of Patricia (Moore) Hickey of Orlando, Fl and the late Clinton C. Coddington, II. After high school he served over three years in the US Marine Corp during the Vietnam War. As a Southbury resident he continued to give by serving as an EMT. Since then he has resided in Woodbury. Mr. Coddington was employed at Amphenol RF in Danbury for over 35 years as a CNC Operator and cherished the friendships he made during this time. He was a member of the Amphenol softball team and enjoyed riding his Harley. He was an avid fan of NASCAR and New England Patriot football. Clint was a very caring man with a quick wit and wonderful sense of humor enjoyed by everyone around him.
Besides his mother and fiancé©, he leaves his loving son and daughter, Clinton C. Coddington, IV of Willimantic, CT, Christina Coddington of Woodbury, two sisters, Susan C. Makin of Southbury and Sandra L. Carter of Orlando, FL along with several nieces and nephews and a grandfather to their son, Kyle June. He will be sadly missed forever by the lives he touched.
