Clinton “Bob” Robert Waugaman, age 69, of Salem died at 5:14 a.m. Saturday, July 30, 2016 at the Salem Regional Medical Center. He was born September 16, 1946 in Alliance the son of the late Clinton A. and Eleanor (Berry) Waugaman. Clinton worked for 33 years for the Mahoning County Engineers in the traffic department and retired in 2015. He was Christian by faith and a graduate of Sebring High School. During the Vietnam War he served in the U. S. Air Force.
Survivors included his wife, Stella M. (Swank) Waugaman, whom he married September 21, 1985; a daughter, Rina Waugaman of Salem; a son, Robert Waugaman of Salem; 2 sisters, Connie Waugaman and Jackie (Mike) Harshman both of Sebring and a brother, James (Kim) Waugaman of Sebring.
