. . A native of Wilson Community, MS, she was a retired Surgical Scrub Nurse at L.O. Crosby Memorial Hospital. Clima was a member of the Baptist faith. She loved cooking and spending time with her family. Clima was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend, who will be truly missed by all who knew and loved was preceded in death by her parents, John David Merritt, Sr. and Corrine Greene Merritt; her daughter, Jan Calvin Elliott;her brothers and sister, Murlin Merritt, John David Merritt, Jr., Delois Breland, and Tode to cherish her memory are her loving and devoted daughter and son-in-law, Danita and Larry Redd; 5 grandchildren, Randy (Barbara) Foxworth, Marisa (Jeff) Amann, Tabitha Dahman-Redd, Lorena Fisher, and Stephanie ( A.J.)
