Clifton E. (Pappy Beanie) Weaver, 99, formerly of Grimesville Road, died Monday, June 14, 2010 at the Williamsport Home where he had been a resident for the past 3 ½ years.
Clifton was predeceased by his first wife, the former Lula Mull, who died on March 29, 1958 and his second wife, the former Irene M. Shannon, who died on March 9, 2002.
Pappy Beanie was a member of The Living Church, enjoyed gardening and spending time with his family. He retired from the former George H. Roller Co.
Born July 15, 1910 in Old Lycoming Twp., Lycoming Co., he was the son of William and Blanche Berry Weaver.
Surviving are step sons, Rev. Raymond G. Baker of Avis, Rev. Donald L. Baker, Kenneth R. Wilton and John H. Wilton all of Williamsport; step daughter, Lois A. Koons of Jersey Shore; seven grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; 40 great great grandchildren and a great great great grandchild.
Clifton was predeceased by a daughter, Blanche C. (Tutty) Farr who died on March 11, 1999.
