Cliff was a man who lived his life with unwavering strength, dedication, and compassion. Throughout his journey, he touched the lives of countless individuals and made a lasting impact on those fortunate enough to have known him. His legacy will forever be etched in the hearts of all who had the privilege of crossing paths with him.
Born in 1947, Cliff was raised in Portsmouth VA and is a 1967 graduate of I.C. Norcom High School. Shortly after graduating, Cliff joined the Air Force before relocating to New York for training in broadcasting.
