Clifford “Cliff” Wayne Delay, age 73, passed away Friday, September 13, 2019 at Piedmont Newnan Hospital surrounded by family. He was born in Lindsay, OK on October 15, 1945 to the late Elza Delay and Velma Ince Delay. Along with his parents, Cliff is preceded in death by his grandson, Tyler Henson and his sister, Virginia Alexander. He is survived by his wife, Dell Crawford Delay; children, Bryan Delay and his wife Kathi, Heather Garren and her husband Kenny, Amy Henson and her husband Dean; grandchildren, Emily Delay, Hannah Lyn Garren, Peyton Henson, Rebekah Henson, Tori Delay, Caleb Garren and Rachel Henson.
