Clifford A. Lay, 79, Daleville, died September 19, 2010 at Golden Living Center in Muncie, Indiana . He was born November 16, 1930 in Sullivan, Indiana, and resided in Daleville, Indiana. He lived in Daleville since October 1983. He had served his country in the United States Navy for 21 years both in Korea and Viet Nam. He was also employed in the Civil Service for 15 years in San Diego, California. Clifford was a member of the Fleet Reserve Association and the American Legion in Daleville.
He is survived by his son, Larry Lay of San Diego, California. Daughters, Lorry Belhumeur of Orange County, California, Lisa Lay of Anderson and Lynnette Lopez of San Diego, California. Sister, Norma Haught of Anderson. Brother, Marvin Lay of Camby and special friend, George Finch, Jr. Eight grandchildren, three great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Peter L. and Rosa J. Lay. Brothers, Frank, Marion and Lloyd Lay.
