Clestiabelle Tabb, 97, of Fortville, passed away Sunday, May 31, 2020 at Golden Living Center in Greenfield. She was born August 13, 1922 in Oaklandon to Larry Earl and Beatrice (Apple) Hausafus. Clestiabelle worked in the insurance department at the former Pendleton Banking Co. retiring in 1986. Prior to working at the bank, she worked for the Bureau of Motor Vehicles at the Fortville branch. She had attended the Fortville Christian Church.
Clestiabelle is survived by children: Ronald L. Frazer of Ingalls; Linda K. Lanning of Greenfield; step-children: Terry (Cindy) Tabb of Fortville; daughter Vickie Mattox of Greenfield; grandchildren Ted Frazer, Ronny (Tricia) Frazer, Adam (Kyle) Tabb, Breanna (Kyle) Risser, Justin (April) Mattox and Shannon (Kimberly) Mattox; great-grandchildren Michael Frazer, Madison Frazer, Jackson Tabb, Keira Tabb, Noah Mattox, Jase Mattox, Adelae Risser and Hayden Risser. She was preceded in death by her husbands Lyndle Tabb in 2013 and Orville Frazer in 1962, son Larry Frazer, parents and brothers Lewis and L. Gale Hausafus.
