Those left to honor Cleo’s memory are his 3 sons, Randy (Judy) Brown of Osceola, Russell (Kathy) Brown of Elkhart, Indiana, and Gary Brown of Newton; step-daughter, Marleana (Bill) McLead of Newton; his step-son, Craig (Gloria) Pazzi of Newton; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; his brother, Leland (Marquerite) Brown of Cheyenne, Wyoming, and sister, Elner (Ray) McGrean of Des Moines.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Pauline in 2003; two sons, Larry and Dennis Brown; and ten brothers and sisters.
Cleo worked many years for the State of Iowa Highway Department.
He enjoyed fishing.
