Clement L. King, Jr., 72, of Chestertown passed away on April 13, 2016. Clem was born on December 22, 1943 in Glen Burnie on Stewart Avenue. He was raised on a tobacco farm in Odenton and helped build the White Gables. He owned his first service station at the age of 17 before serving in the US Navy. Mr. King was a lifelong businessman, owning several service stations and restaurants. He also worked for the MD State Toll Authority and was a long time Liquor Board Inspector for Anne Arundel Co.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Clement L. King, Sr. and Louise R. King; and his sister, Carol Hundley. His is survived by his beloved wife, Linda M. King; his devoted children, Radine M. Haynes and her husband, Andy; Jeighdeane M. King and Chrisdine M. King; his step children, Bryan and Eric Montz and Sarah Argumedo; his brother, Richard Wayne King. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, Ania and Julia, his special little angels, Jason, Sadie, Marissa, Kaitlyn, Katie, Jackson and Amanda.
