Clell D. Elwood, 93, of Highlands Ranch, Colorado, passed away on March 25, 2018. He was born in Creighton, Nebraska on August 9, 1924. He is a former member of the South Dakota State Legislature and retired in Colorado from the Federal Government. He is preceded in death by his loving wife Beverly and his son Robert. He is survived by his son Mitchel (Linda) and daughter Debra (Robert) and 2 grandchildren.
