Cleatus Berl Byus, 89, of Trafalgar, went to his heavenly home on Monday, May 2, 2016, in Franklin.
He was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to his parents Bank Armstrong and Austie Viola (Roden) Byus.
Cleatus was a truck driver for National Freight for nine years. He enjoyed birds, and flowers, keeping salt water and tropical fish, jokes, and spending time with family and friends. He will be greatly missed, but those that love him want him to know that we’ll, “see you soon!”
He is survived by his loving wife, Carlene (Litteral) Byus of Trafalgar; one daughter, Tammi (James) King of Greensville, South Carolina; two sisters, Lucy Summers of Indianapolis and Shirley Curry of Rocky Mount, Virginia; three grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
