Clarice P. Bright was the daughter of the late Mary Margaret Frazier and Percy Davis. She was born on the 30th of May 1944 at Suburban Hospital in Bethesda, Maryland. She was educated in the Montgomery County Public School System and lived her entire life in Maryland. For 25 years, Clarice worked as an Electronic Technician for Walkins & Johnson Fairchild and BioVirus. She was well loved by her Supervisors and Colleagues.
In 1991, Clarice and Theophilus were introduced by a mutual friend and they immediately hit it off. They were inseparable for the next year and were married in 1992. The two were happily married and from the very beginning Clarice embraced the Sierra Leonean culture and traditions. They would have celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary on September 4th of this year.
Clarice leaves behind to cherish her memory and mourn her passing, her beloved husband, Theophilus, Bright; her loving children, Melvin, Kevin, and Priscilla Davis; daughter-in-law, Sis; grandchildren, James, Shawnta, Donnell, Hezekiah, and Malcolm; her three great-grandchildren Elijah, Destiny, and Lela; her twelve brothers and sisters, Walter Williams, Harriett Williams, Phillis Shaw, Margaret Campbell, Joan Davis, Nancy Talley, Lillian Lyles, Carroll Curtis, Raymond Curtis, Mary Curtis; brothers-in-law, Greg Lyles and Silvanus Bright; sister-in-law, Sandy Bright and a host of nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her brother, the late George Williams and sister, the late Ella Martin.
