Clarice Loraine Baker (formerly Beard and Boyd) age 65, of Knoxville, TN and of Dalton, GA passed away on Thursday, January 21st, 2021 at UT Hospital in Knoxville, TN. She spent much of her career in cost accounting at Roger’s Dye & Finishing, Queen Carpet and General Latex & Chemical. She is a member of the First Christian Church in Dalton.
She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Henry William Beard, Annie Mae Beard (Wade), Walter Howard Williams, and Olla Mae Williams (Collins); and her dad, John Harold Beard. She is survived by her mom, Dorothy Frances Beard (Williams); husband, Jesse Baker of Knoxville, TN and formerly Dalton, GA; daughter, Andrea Rudd (formerly Boyd and Bishop) of Knoxville, TN; son, Curtis Boyd; grandchildren, Andrew Bishop (Knoxville, TN), Cayden Bishop (North Carolina), Colby Bishop (Knoxville, TN), Ean Boyd, Emma Boyd, Chloe Boyd; great grandchildren, Gracie Bishop, Grayson Bishop, and Eli Bishop; brothers, Randall Beard, Douglas Beard, Carlton Beard, Darryl Beard, and Robert Beard all of Dalton, GA; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
