Clarence Roscoe Shepherd, 71, of Spelter passed away Saturday September 29, 2012 at Heartland of Clarksburg. He was born June 25, 1941 in Pine Grove, WV; son of the late Roscoe Lee Livingston and Violet L Shepherd and his late stepfather, William Dillow. He is survived by seven step children, Harry White and Charlotte, Richard White, Marvin White and Mary all of California, Mary K White of Clarksburg, Clifford White and Debbie of Spelter, Doris White of Stonewood and Dreama McKinney and William of Spelter; several step grandchildren and step great grandchildren; three brothers, Nick Gray, Carl Dillow, Junior Dillow; four sisters, Dorothy Blackwell, Ann Monteyo, Linda Edwards, Jeanie Darrell; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Jean White Shepherd in 2011; one brother Edward Dillow; and one step granddaughter, Kayla Mae Winkler. Clarence enjoyed collecting junk and could fix or build anything.
