Age 64, died unexpectedly at home, Thursday, August 27,, 2015. He was born on November 9, 1950 in Kalamazoo the son of the late William and Loretta (Tyler) Gray, Sr. Clarence served in the United States Navy. He was married to Karin Havens on November 27, 1977, in Gobles, MI. Clarence was courteous, he cared about and helped others even if it meant doing without himself.
He was an avid golfer, he enjoyed watching his sons bowl, and especially loved his grandchildren. Clarence will be greatly missed by his wife of 37 years, Karin; sons, Rob (Julie) Gray of Oshtemo, Michael (Nicole Lira) Gray of Portage, Mark Gray of Kalamazoo; and grandchildren, Shelby and Noah Gray of Climax.
Also surviving are his siblings, William (Sherry) Gray, Jr. of Mattawan, Carl (Shirley) Gray of Marshall, Jack (Raelene) Gray of Plainwell, David (Diane) Gray of Galesburg, Darlene (Larry) Fox of Galesburg, Edward Gray of Kalamazoo, Dianna (Jim) Holman of Galesburg, and Stephen Gray of Battle Creek, and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
