Mr. Clarence “Dusty” E. Allen of Brandon, FL passed away on Wednesday, November 10, 2021.
“Dusty” was a native of Florida and a resident of Tampa for 70 years. He attended Blake High School and George Washington University and was a member of the United States Air Force for 20 years. He was employed at the City of Tampa for 17 years.
He leaves to cherish his memories: loving wife, Frances M. Allen; three children, Natalie (Aaron McClain Jr.), Simone Allen, and Tyree (Orrissa) Allen; six grandchildren, Aaron Keith III, Jordin, Kennedy, Micah, Luicano, and Zoey Rose; beloved dog, Hova; loving brother, Micheal Allen; sister, Mary McClain and a host of nephews and nieces.
