Clarence Anthony Morrow, affectionately known as “Tony” was born on June 1, 1955 to the late Ethelene Morrow. Born and raised in Washington, DC, Tony was the second eldest of six siblings. He was educated in the D.C. Public School system and was a graduate of Cardozo High School. He later attended and graduated from the University of the District of Columbia in the field of radiology. Tony was a committed student and made the Dean’s List for his excellent accomplishments.
