Clareen J. “Sis” Colclesser, 91, of Alpena and formerly of Elkhart, Ind., passed away from natural causes Wednesday, Oct. 15, at Tendercare of Alpena.
She was born in Rugby, N.D., on Feb. 16, 1923, to the late Roscoe and Margaret (Clark) Weaver.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Colclesser; two infant daughters; nine brothers; and five sisters.
She is survived by her children, Patty (Ed) Harden of Black River, Mich., and Jack (Penny) Colclesser of Rockledge, Fla.; sisters Sue (Lofton) Harmon of Nappanee and Coleen (Paul) Alwine of White Pigeon; six grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
