Clara Maxine Forkner Eaton, of Venice, Florida, passed away on December 4, 2012 at Tidewell Hospice, Venice, after a brief illness.
She was born on January 27, 1923 in Tipton, Indiana and then moved to Anderson where she was employed by Delco Remy. After retiring from Delco, she moved to Venice, FL in 1980. She was a past member of the Madison County Shrine Club Ladies Club and the Shrine Ladies Club in Venice, FL. She was a member of the South Venice Christian Church, Venice, FL.
Clara is survived by her stepdaughter, Carolyn Kerry Roby Arnstein of Venice; granddaughter, Kerilynn Roby of Terre Haute; nieces, Barbara Eaton of Anderson and Pauline Tidler of CA; and nephew, Wendell Hilligoss of Anderson. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Guy Forkner of Tipton; one sister, four brothers and her husband, Max Eaton.
