….A native of Picayune, MS, she was a retired History Teacher at Pearl River Central High School and a member of Hickory Baptist Church. Clara was involved with the meal service, Christian and Jews, for several years. She was also a member of the Pearl River County Historical Society, and she was a regular volunteer worker at the Voting Polls. Clara will be truly missed by all who knew and loved was preceded in death by her parents, Leroy Howard and Luly Carver . Howard; 4 nephews, and several great nieces and nephews, and great great niece and nephews.
