Clara Lucille (Porter) Branham, 87, of Bloomington passed away Sunday, April 1, 2012 at her residence. Born April 30, 1924 in Bloomington, she was the daughter of Herschel and Mamie Porter. Lucille was a loving mother and grandmother who worked as a house maid for the Delta Gamma Sorority.
She was also a Laundromat Attendant. Survivors include her children, Chuck Saunders Sr. (Loretta) of Bloomington, Donald Saunders (Angela) of Austin, TX, James Saunders (JoAnne) of Poquoson, VA, Thomas Saunders (Teresa) of Ellettsville, Steven Saunders of Bloomington, Darla Foley of Seattle, WA and David Trover of Bloomington, 26 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren, four siblings, John Porter (Phyllis), Edith Mahi, Maxine Whitaker and Roxie Bell.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Charles H. Saunders, second husband, David Trover, third husband, Kenneth Branham, son, Robert Saunders, two sisters and three brothers.
