Claire Elizabeth “Betty” Brown passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by family, on October 8, 2015 at the age of 88. Betty is survived by her devoted husband of 63 years, Robert O. Brown; daughters Claire Burton (Jak), Barbara Gallagher (Robert), and Nancy Marie Brown (Charles Fergus); grandchildren R. Patrick Gallagher (Caitlin), Kyle Gallagher, and William Fergus (Melanie Saunders); great-granddaughter Nora Claire Gallagher; and many other dear relatives and friends. Deceased loved ones include her parents; brothers; granddaughter Claire Aldona Gallagher; and extended family members.
Betty grew up in New Jersey and she and Bob raised their family in suburban Philadelphia before moving to Cocoa Beach in 1983.
