Claire Albertine Tietbohl, 94, formerly of West Second Avenue, South Williamsport, died Wednesday, June 30, 2010, in Casselberry, FL.
Claire’s husband, Leroy Paul Tietbohl, died January 6, 1972.
Claire was a member of the Messiah Lutheran Church, a life member and past Matron of the Williamsport Chapter #321, Order of the Eastern Star, a Charter Member of the Lycoming Court #125 Order of the Amaranth, a former member of the Baldwin II Commandery #22, Knights Templar Auxiliary and the Duboistown Garden Club.
Born April 27, 1916 in Montoursville, she was the daughter of Harry Albert and Florence Rebecca Koch Tallman.
Surviving are a son, Donald L. (Ellen) of York; a daughter, Jacqueline T. (Alton) Harmon of Casselberry, FL; grandchildren, Cheryl Harmon of Longwood, FL; Ryan Tietbohl of Hutto, TX; Sarah Tietbohl of Alexander, VA and Seth Tietbohl of Park Ridge, NJ; a great granddaughter, Ashlee of Hutto, TX and a sister-in-law, Beryl Tallman of Boca Raton, FL.
Claire was predeceased by a brother, Millard L. Tallman and sisters, Phyllis A. Wright and Lois A. Shipman.
