Ms. Snell is survived by her sons, James Snell, Jr., of Okeechobee, and Damien Womble, of Melbourne; daughters, Patrice Youmans (Mark), of Okeechobee, Natasha Bennett (Torris), of Tampa, Latoya Snell, of Okeechobee, Cheryl Womble, of Okeechobee, and Carmen Jones (Dennis), of California; 18 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; brothers, Jessie Potts, Jr. (Lilly) and Leslie Potts (Deborah), all of Georgia; and sisters, Jessie Mae Potts, of Tennessee, Louise Butler, of Okeechobee, Minnie Stallworth, of Okeechobee, Marie Potts, of Okeechobee, Doll McNeil (Sterle), of Okeechobee, Mary Tolbert (Danny), of Okeechobee, and Pauline Phillips, of Ocala.
