Mrs. Cineretta “Cindy” Richards was born March 23, 1928 to the late Charles and Emellah McDonald Arscott. She is preceded in death by her late loving husband, Felix Richards as well as five sisters, two brothers. At an early age she attended Mt. Neb School in Jamaica, then she moved to London, England where she would work and finish her education. While in trade school she completed all requirements in cosmetology and as a nurse. Mrs. Richards relocated to Titusville in 1984 to be with her brother Rev. Ferdinand Arscott and joined St.
