Cindy was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Lee Carr, Sr. and Mary Carr; a son, Christopher Montrony; brothers, Bobby Carr and Stevie Carr. She is survived by her brothers, Dewayne Miller of California, Ricky Carr of Ringgold, Gary Miller of California; sisters and brothers in law, Vickie and James Curran of Kentucky, Candice and Wimdon Conner of Fort Oglethorpe, Crystal and Calvin Amos of Ringgold; and several nieces and nephews.
