Cindy Darlene Williams, aged 67, peacefully completed her life journey, after a long battle with cancer, on May 4th, 2021 at home in Newnan, Georgia.

Born on September 28th, 1953 in Atlanta, Georgia, to Bobby Randall Atcheson and Betty Jane Middlebrook. She is survived by her girls Jaycee Anderson, Jenafer Courtney Watts, Aubrey Elaine Atcheson, Emily Ruth Williams with husband Rafal Wosio, and Rebecca Jane Lovelace Gott with husband Adam Gott; grandchildren: Alex Hanus, Stephen Bowen, Sara Gibson, Joy Marich, Samantha Watkins, Adelaide, and Anders Tolley, and Caleb Gott; great-grandchild: Dakota Watkins; siblings: Ann Smallwood, Tommy Atcheson, June Wrigley, Tammy Rodriguez, and Myles Brooklyn (Jody Atcheson). Cindy is preceded in death by her parents, sister Bobby Jane Hopper, and brothers Richard, Randall, and Michael Atcheson.

She spent her time dancing around the house while cleaning with the music blaring, hunting for treasure at the nearest yard sales, playing in the dirt, traveling the country for long visits with her children and friends, attending the births of every grandchild, and congregating with her fellow church members. She almost never missed an opportunity to curl up with a good book and some cookies with hot tea. She was claimed as a second parent by some and regarded to be the kindest, warmest, most gentle woman, making all those who came into contact with her feel like they were family. Cindy always accommodated the wishes, desires, and needs of others before her own were ever met. This is reflected in how she is remembered by all.
